A rocky shoreline bathing area located 250 metres south of the Aso River mouth near Pedaso. The beach has an average width of 30 metres with a distance of approximately 80 metres between mean low water and high water mark. The surrounding area is part of the urban periphery with a railway line passing through. Astronomical tidal range is 30–50 centimetres.
