Risks

Sewage overflow from coastal sewers is possible during heavy rainfall; water quality should be monitored carefully during heavy rain events. Blue-green algae risk exists when water temperature remains high (approximately 20°C) for extended periods. Do not bathe if feet are not visible when water reaches knee depth.
