Dæmningen is a bathing beach in the northern part of Little Belt near Strib, Denmark. The beach stretches approximately 1400 metres in length and 5–10 metres in width, consisting primarily of sand with occasional large stones at regular intervals. The western section features a belt of wild rose bushes up to 50 metres wide, while the eastern section transitions to holiday homes and year-round residences. Macroalgae are occasionally washed ashore. The beach is accessible via the Beach Path and the Causeway, with a rescue station located at the causeway.
