Ejstrup Sø is a shallow lake in Ikast-Brande Municipality, Denmark, with a maximum depth of 4 metres. The bathing beach is located at the eastern end of the lake, which covers approximately 48 hectares and was formed from former brown coal extraction. The lake bottom consists of sand with a depth of approximately 0.3–0.6 metres at the bathing area. Vegetation in the lake includes common reed and tuberous bulrush. The lake is a private recreational area with public access and has a nature trail around it.
