Centro Beach is a shingle beach located in the coastal town of Camogli in the Liguria region of Italy. The beach is composed of coarse gravel and is situated in front of the town's inhabited area. It is designated as an excellent quality bathing water according to classifications from 2008–2011. The area has tourism-oriented infrastructure and amenities.

Camogli, Genova Province, Liguria region, Italy. The beach is accessed via Via XX Settembre in the municipality of Camogli. The nearest town is Camogli itself.

Water Quality

Water quality classification: Excellent (2008–2011). The Ligurian Sea is characterized by oligotrophic conditions. No cases of proliferation from potentially toxic algal strains have been reported in the past four years.

Risks

The Ligurian Sea is not characterized by cyanobacterial blooms due to its oligotrophic conditions. No specific short-term pollution events or anomalous situations are documented. There are no coastal treatment plants, marine outfalls, or Imhoff tanks in the area.
