The beach is located in the Feriolo fraction, with public access from the town centre of Baveno in the Verbano Cusio Ossola province, Piedmont region. Parking information is not specified.

Classification: Good. Based on 20 routine samples from 2020–2023. Escherichia coli 90th percentile: 382.2 MPN/100 ml; 95th percentile: 757.6 MPN/100 ml. Enterococci 90th percentile: 194.7 MPN/100 ml; 95th percentile: 385.5 MPN/100 ml. No wastewater treatment plants are located near the sampling point.

Risks

Intense precipitation can trigger overflow structures, and accidental failures of pumping equipment can discharge untreated effluent into the lake. Inadequate management of the sewage network is identified as a possible pollution source. No cyanobacterial proliferation events exceeding 20,000 cells/ml were detected in the four years prior to the profile. No macroalgae, phytoplankton, or invasive species proliferation was observed.
