Zwischenahner Meer, Badest. Dreibergen is a bathing site on the Zwischenahner Meer, the third-largest inland lake in Lower Saxony. The lake covers 526 hectares and has a maximum depth of 5.50 metres. The bathing area features a sandy beach and a large grass meadow, partially bordered by trees and hedges. Motorboats are prohibited on the lake. The lake was formed by the collapse of a salt dome caused by salt leaching from underground.
