Shallow coastal water body with sandy bottom. Beach length 100 metres, width 2–15 metres. Water depth from shore to approximately 50 metres is about 0.5 metres, the next 50 metres is about 1 metre, and 200 metres further out is 1–2 metres deep. Typical salinity is 22–30 per mille. Predominant current direction is northward.
