Coastal bathing water located on a non-urban beach with intensive use. The beach features golden sand with low, eroded and indented cliffs that create recesses on the sandy surface. Several small rainwater drainage streams cross the cliffs. The beach extends for 520 metres with a tidal range of 3.4 metres and mean wave height of 0.5 metres. Prevailing wind direction is east to southeast.
