Le Grazie Rotonda della Chiesa is a pebbly and rocky beach in the urbanised coastal area of Portovenere, located within the southern part of Seno delle Grazie in the Gulf of La Spezia. The bathing water is classified as good quality and covers an area of 0.119 square kilometres. The beach is subject to coastal monitoring as part of the Liguria region's bathing water programme.

Water Quality

Water quality classification: Good (2008–2011). Identified pollution sources include the Pezzino wastewater treatment plant, an active marine outfall pipe, and river mouths.

Risks

The Liguria sea is not characterised by cyanobacterial blooms due to predominant oligotrophic conditions. No cases of potentially toxic algal proliferation have been recorded in the past four years.
