The Sant'Anna bathing zone is located in Sestri Levante, Liguria. The beach is sandy-gravelly in composition. The western section of the coast features rocky terrain without urban development. A connecting gallery links the settlements of Cavi di Lavagna.

Water quality classification: Excellent (2008-2011). No coastal treatment plants, discharge pipes, or Imhoff tanks are present. Cyanobacterial blooms are not characteristic due to oligotrophic conditions. No cases of potentially toxic algal strains have been reported.
